4. This IA has been filed to recall order dated 6th April, 2024, by which date W.P.(C). No.26269 of 2011 was dismissed for non- prosecution.
5. Mr. Panigrahi, learned Senior Advocate appearing for the Opposite Party Nos.1 to 5 prays for an adjournment to file objection to the same.
6. Let the objection to the IA be filed within a period of two weeks hence serving copy thereof on learned counsel for the Petitioner.
