Section 27(1) in The Karnataka Veterinary, Animal and Fisheries Sciences University Act, 2004
(1)The Chancellor shall, as soon as may, be after the first Vice-Chancellor is appointed under the second proviso to sub-section (4) of section 13, take action to constitute the Board of management.
