Section 44(1) in U.P. Board of Secondary Sanskrit Education (Appointment and Conditions of Service of Heads of Institution, Teachers and other employees of the Institutions Rules, 2009
(1)A Group 'C' or Group 'D' employee may be dismissed from service on grounds such as gross subordination, deliberate or serious neglect to duty, gross misconduct or commission of an act which constitutes a criminal offence, dishonesty, corruption, misappropriation of funds, sex-perversity or moral turpitude.
