115ZC. Application of certain sections relating to accounts and budget of the Taluka Panchayat.
- The provisions of sections 182, 183, 184, 185, 186, 187, 188, 189, 190, 197 and 198 shall, mutatis mutandis, apply in respect of financial matters of Taluka Panchayat, subject, however, that the expressions "Secretary" "Chief Executive Officer", "Block Development Officer", "Panchayat" or "Zilla Panchayat", wherever they appear in those sections, shall be construed with reference to "Member-Secretary" and "Taluka Panchayat."
