Section 21(1) in Assam Co-Operative Societies Act, 2007
(1)Subject to the provisions of sub-section (2) of Section 66, a member may, at any time after expiry of one year from the date of accepting membership, withdraw from membership in a cooperative society in accordance with the procedure laid down in bye-laws.
