                                  ORDER

1. The appellant filed an application under the Right to Information Act, 2005 (RTI Act) before the Central Public Information Officer (CPIO)State Bank of India, Himayatnagar, Hyderabad. The appellant seeking informationis as under:-

Furnish the CCTV footage copy of my Interaction between me and the cash Officer on 14.08.2019 from 3.05 pm to 3.25 pm under RTI Act.

2. The CPIO vide letter dated 01-11-2019haddenied the information as sought by the appellant under section 8(1)(d), 8(1)(e) & 8(1)(j) of the RTI Act, 2005.Being dissatisfied with the same, the appellant has filed first appeal dated Page 1 of 3 21-10-2019 and requested that the information should be provided to him. FAA vide order dated 08-11-2019directed the CPIO to send the reply once again to the Appellant, through Registered Post with ack. due within a reasonable time and disposed the appeal. He has filed a second appeal before the Commission on the ground that information sought has not been provided to himand requested to direct the respondent to provide complete and correct information.

Hearing:

3. The appellant attended the hearing through audio-call. The respondent, Shri Lingaswamy, CPIO/AGM attended the hearing through audio-call.

4. The respondent submitted their written submissions dated 03.02.2022 and the same has been taken on record.

5. The appellant submitted that he has already received the requested information from the respondent vide letter dated 03.02.2022 and he is satisfied with their reply; hence he expresses willingness to withdraw the instant matter.

Decision:

6. In view of the above, the matter is dismissed as "withdrawn".

7. Copy of the decision be provided free of cost to the parties.
