(5)The term of the sub-committee shall be one year from the date of its constitution:Provided that the sub-committee shall continue in office after expiry of one year until a new sub-committee is constituted:Provided further that in no case, the sub-committee shall continue beyond a period of two years from the date of its original constitution.
