Section 3(i) in Tamil Nadu Property (Prevention of Damage and Loss) Act, 1992
(i)Commits mischief by doing any act in respect of any [property] [Substituted by Tamil Nadu Act 46 of 1994] and thereby causes damage or loss to such [property] [Substituted by Tamil Nadu Act 46 of 1994] to the amount of one hundred rupees or upwards; or
