Section 21(a) in Rajasthan State Human Rights Commission (Procedure) Regulations, 2001
(a)Whenever the Commission orders investigation by its Investigation Division or by any other investigating agency of the Central or State Government as provided in Section 14 of the Act, a copy of such order alongwith copies of the papers relevant thereto shall be furnished forthwith to such Division or Agency, calling upon it to conduct the investigation and submit its report within the time specified in the order.
