Section 331(4) in Jammu and Kashmir Municipal Corporation Act, 2000
(4)Any person slaughtering any animal or selling or exposing for sale the flesh of any such animal in any place or manner not duly authorized under the provisions of Act shall be punishable with imprisonment of upto six months and may be arrested by any Police officer without a warrant.
