Section 66(1) in The M.P. Krishi Upaj Mandi (Mandi Samiti Ka Nirvachan) Rules, 1997
(1)The Presiding Officer shall then deliver or cause to be delivered to the Returning Officer at such place as the Returning Officer or such other officer authorised by him in this behalf may direct,-(a)the ballot boxes;(b)the ballot paper account;(c)the sealed packets referred to in Rule 65; and(d)all other papers used at the poll.
