8. [ Establishment and operation of Depots. [Substituted vide SRO No. 420/2006 dated 1.7.2006 OGE No. 941 dated 3.7.2006.]
- No person shall establish or operate a depot without due intimation to the Divisional Forest Officer having jurisdiction and every owner of 'Depot' shall submit such reports and returns to the D.F.O. as prescribed by him for the purpose of regulation of depot from time to time.] [Substituted vide Orissa Gazette Extraordinary No. 1410/22.11.1994-SRO No. 1070/94/ 21.11.1994.]
