of the case.

Learned Counsel for 2nd respondent submits that an affidavit, pursuant to the order of this Court dated 27.05.2024, has been filed in the Registry, but the same is under objection, therefore, could not come up along with the OP(CAT) and seeks a short accommodation to do the needful.
Post this matter for further consideration on 06.02.2025, as last opportunity. Interim order is extended till then.
