Section 31A in Gujarat Agricultural Produce Markets (Amendment) Act, 2007
31A. Special provisions relating to private market and other markets.- Notwithstanding anything contained in any other provisions of this Act, the provisions contained in this Chapter shall apply to the private market, special market, e-market, direct purchase market, farmer-consumer market and contract farming.
