Section 15 in Agricultural And Processed Food Products Export Development Authority Act, 1985
15. Grants or loans by the Central Government.-
The Central Government may, after due appropriation made by Parliament by law in this behalf, pay to the Authority by way of grants or loans such sums of money as the Central Government may think it for being utilised for the purposes of this Act.
