Section 38D in The Wild Life (Protection) Act, 1972
38D. Procedure to be regulated by the Authority. -
(1)The Authority shall meet as and when necessary and shall meet at such time and place as the chairperson may think fit.(2)The Authority shall regulate its own procedure.(3)All orders and decisions of the Authority shall be authenticated by the member-secretary or any other officer of the Authority duly authorised by the member-secretary in this behalf.
