Section 7 in Rajasthan Prisoners Release on Parole Rules, 1958
7. Release on Bond and Security
- The Superintendent of Jail will release the prisoner on parole when he has furnished personal bond and security to the District Magistrate and has thoroughly understood the conditions of his release while on parole or any other condition which the District Magistrate may like to impose on such prisoner.
