Section 10(5) in The Goa, Daman and Diu School Education Act, 1984
(5)In every recognized unaided school, there shall be a fund, to be called the ¡°Recognised Unaided School Fund¡± and there shall be credited thereto income accruing to the school,.(a)by way of fees or other charges,(b)save as otherwise provided in clause (a), charges and payments which may be realized by the school for other specified purposes, and(c)any other contributions, endowments, gifts and the like.
