(3)The salary and allowances shall be truly reflected in the expenditure statement towards salary and other allowances of the staff submitted by such school to the Fee Determination Committee constituted under the Tamil Nadu Schools (Regulation of Collection of Fee) Act, 2009 (Tamil Nadu Act 22 of 2009).
