This order shall dispose of LPA Nos. 1483 and 1494 of 2010. Both the appeals are directed against one common order dated 27.08.2010 passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court while disposing of a bunch of petitions. The question of law raised is whether the wages of workman could be reduced without complying with the provisions of Section 9-A of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 (for brevity 'the Act'). The issue has arisen in LPA Nos. 1429 and 1442 of 2010 as has been decided against the appellants. In LPA No. 1483 of 2010 (O&M) -2- other words, the aforesaid appeals have been dismissed on 02.11.2010.
Accordingly, these appeals would follow the suit and are dismissed in terms of order dated 02.11.2010 passed in LPA Nos. 1429 and 1442 of 2010.
A photocopy of this order be placed on the file of connected case.
