Section 44 in Assam Education Department Rules and Orders
44. Fees for issue of duplicate leaving or transfer certificates shall be as follows :
(1)Schools without English including Madrassa-annas eight.(2)High School, Middle English School including Middle English Madrassa, Guru Training Schools, Normal Schools and Tols-rupee one.
