Section 16(1) in Haryana Private Technical Educational Institution (Regulation of Admission and Fee) Act, 2012
(1)Every private technical educational institution shall propose its fee structure for each course separately on the basis of the guidelines issued by the Committee and the proposed fee structure shall be examined, approved and regulated by the Committee and the same shall be binding on such institution.
