Section 5(1) in Assistant Education Inspector and Assistant Teacher, Class III (Departmental Examination) Rules 2012
(1)A candidate who intends to appear in the Examination shall, send his/her application to the Chairman, State Examination Board, through the office of the Head of the Department atleast 30 days before the date of the commencement of the examination, in the form as specified in the Appendix B, tor enlisting his/her name as a candidate for the relevant examination.
