60A. [ Non-bailable Offences. [Section 60-A with marginal heading inserted by Act No.8 of 2010.]
- The offences punishable under sub-item (ii) of item (1) of section 34 or section 37 or section 37-A shall be nonbailable and the provisions of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Central Act 2 of 1974), with respect to non-bailable offences shall apply to those offences.]
