Section 83(1) in The Bihar (Coal Mining) Area Development Authority Act, 1986
(1)Subject to the provisions of this Act, the Authority shall be responsible for the formulation, co-ordination and execution of all development schemes and works relating to the development of the Coal Mining Development Area or any part thereof.
