Section 8 in The University of Ladakh Act, 2018

8. Affiliation Restricted to Educational Institutions in the State.

- Notwithstanding anything contained in any law for the time being in force, no educational institution outside the territory of the State shall be affiliated with, or be admitted to any privileges of the Cluster University under this Act.
