Section 2(1)(xii) in The Orissa State Transport Appellate Tribunal Rules, 1993

(xii)"State Representative" means an officer appointed by the State Government to receive on behalf of the Regional Transport Authorities or the State Transport Authority notices issued by the Tribunal and includes an officer appointed to act on his behalf in his absence;
