Section 3(25) in Nagaland Interpretation and General Clauses Act, 1978
(25)"enactment" means an Act of the Nagaland Legislature and includes a Regulation, Nagaland Ordinance and any provision contained in any Act, Regulation of Ordinance as aforesaid ;
