135. Right of member of company to copies of the balance-sheet and the auditor’s report:-
Save as otherwise provided member of a company shall be entitled to be furnished balance-sheet and the auditor's report at a charge not exceeding six annas for every hundred words or fractional part thereof.Statement to be published by Banking and certain other Companies.
