However, it is not known why this case alone has been listed today, probably it may be on account of the order passed in LA.APP. 9/2020, directing the listing of this case along with that case.
2. None is present on behalf of the appellant. However, Ms. Jyoti Tyagi, Advocate is present on behalf of respondent No.1/UOI.
3. List this matter along with 153 connected matters, directed to be listed and heard together vide order dated 12th December, 2019, it is on en-bloc date that has already been given.
