(2)The selection of candidates for promotion shall be made by a Committee consisting of the following, namely: -

1. Member (Land Records) Board of Revenue	Chairman
2. Registrar, Board of Revenue	Member
3. Secretary Land Records, Board of Revenue	Member Secretary.
