Section 3(4)(a) in The Suppression Of Unlawful Acts Against Safety Of Maritime Navigation And Fixed Platforms On Continental Shelf Act, 2002

(a)against or on board

(i)an Indian ship at the time of commission of the offence; or

(ii)any ship in the territory of India including its territorial waters;
