Section 26(3) in The Succession Certificate Act, 1977
(3)An order of a District Court on an appeal from an order of an inferior Court under the last foregoing sub-section shall, subject to the provisions of Orders XLVI and XLVII and sections 113 to 115 of the Code of Civil Procedure as applied by section 141 of that Code, be final.
