34. This Agreement for supply of electrical energy supersedes all previous contracts for supply of energy to the premises entered into and executed by the ............ Discom and the Consumer namely:-
(i)Agreement dated .....................(ii)Agreement dated .....................(iii)Agreement dated .....................The settlement of disputes and/or liabilities for the period prior to commencement of this agreement shall be done on the basis of terms and conditions of agreements mentioned above.
