Section 12 in The Andhra Pradesh Special Protection Force Act, 1991
12. Procedure to be followed after arrest.—
Any member of the Force making an arrest under this Act , shall, without unnecessary delay, make over the person so arrested to a police station together with a report of the circumstances occasioning the arrest.
