Section 1 in THE RAJASTHAN JAN-AADHAAR AUTHORITY ACT, 2020
1. Short title, extent and commencement.-(1) This Act may be called the Rajasthan
Jan-Aadhaar Authority Act, 2020.(2)It shall extend to the whole of the State of Rajasthan.(3)It shall be deemed to have come into force on and from 18thDecember, 2019.
