Section 3(a) in Telangana Public Premises (Eviction of Unauthorised Occupants) Act, 1968
(a)appoint such persons, being gazetted officers of Government, [or officers of equivalent rank of the corporate authority] [Inserted by Act No.15 of 1986] as they think fit, to be estate officers for the purpose of this Act; and
