Section 26(1) in The Direct to Home Broadcasting Services (Standards of Quality of Service and Redressal of Grievances) Regulations, 2007
(1)The provisions of these regulations are in addition to any right conferred upon the direct to home subscribers under the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 (68 of 1986) or any other law for the time being in force.
