Section 13 in Kerala Cashew Factories (Requisitioning) Act, 1979
13. Repeal and saving.
(1)The Kerala Cashew Factories (Requisitioning) Ordinance, 1978 (26 of 1978), is hereby repealed.(2)Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done or taken under this Act.
