(2)The Registrar shall be appointed by the Board of Management in the manner laid down in the Rajasthan Universities, Teachers and Officers (Selection for Appointment) Act, 1974 (Act No. 18 of 1974):Provided that first Registrar shall be appointed by the State Government.
