3. Incorporation of Universities
. - (1) The Chancellor, the Vice-Chancellor and the members of the Executive Council, the Court and the Academic Council for the time being holding office as such in any University shall constitute a body corporate by the name of the University.(2)Each University shall have perpetual succession and a common seal and shall sue and be sued by its name.
