Section 3(2) in The Government Of Union Territories Act, 1963
(2)[ The total number of seats in the Legislative Assembly of [the Union territory] [Substituted by the State of Himachal Pradesh (Adaptation of Laws on Union Subjects) Order, 1973, for sub-section (2) (w.e.f. 25-1-1971)] to be filled by persons chosen by direct election shall be thirty.]
