It is submitted by learned counsel for the Jharkhand Urja Vikash Nigam Limited that against the judgement of the Division Bench of this Court, passed in W.P.(C) No. 6651 of 2007, the Board-Company had filed an application for Special Leave to Appeal in the Hon'ble Supreme Court vide Petition(s) for Special Leave to (Civil) No(s).26380 of 2008. Now, the said Special Leave Application has been converted into a Civil Appeal No. 6145 of 2010, which is still pending.

It appears that entire claim of the petitioner based on the aforesaid Division Bench Judgment of this Court. Under the said circumstance, in my view, these applications shall wait the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court. Petitioner may mention these cases after disposal of the aforesaid appeal by the Hon'ble Supreme Court.
