Facts :-

Heard today dated 20.06.2012. Appellant not present. DVC is represented by Shri S.K. Bose, Superintending Engineer and Shri T.C. Bannerjee, Senior Engineer.

2. It is noticed that vide RTI application dated 29.12.2010, the appellant had sought information on 08 paras about Pile Foundation (LOC No.34). Shri Bose submits that the requisite parawise information was supplied to the appellant vide their letter dated 10.1.2011. However, in the appeal memo filed before this Commission, the appellant has alleged that incomplete information has been supplied. In the premises, the CPIO is hereby directed to supply all the relevant records to the appellant on a mutually convenient date and time in 04 weeks. The matter is decided accordingly.
