Section 1 in The Karnataka Scheduled Castes Sub-Plan And Tribal Sub-Plan (Planning, Allocation And Utilization Of Financial Resources) Act, 2013
1. Short title and commencement.—
(1)This Act may be called the Karnataka Scheduled Castes Sub-Plan and Tribal Sub-Plan (Planning, Allocation and Utilization of Financial Resources) Act, 2013.(2)It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification in the Karnataka Gazette, appoint, and different dates may be appointed for different provisions of this Act.
