Section 25 in THE ANDHRA PRADESH FISH FEED (QUALITY CONTROL) ACT, 2020
25. Protection of action taken in good faith -
No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against the Government or any officer or employee of the Government for anything which is done or intended to be done in good faith under this Act or the Rules made thereunder.
