Section 3(1) in The Himachal Pradesh Housing and Urban Development Authority Act, 2004
(1)With effect from such date as the State Government may, by notification appoint in this behalf, establish for carrying out the purposes of this Act, an Authority to be known as the Himachal Pradesh Housing and Urban Development Authority with the headquarter at such place as the State Government may specify.
