(3)[ The Board shall involve Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation and all the municipalities falling with the area of the Board in the preparation and implementation of major water supply and sewerage projects ] [Added by Act 28 of 2007 dated 10.2.2010.];Provided that no scheme, the estimated cost of which exceeds rupees ten crores, shall be carried out by the board expect with the previous approval of the government
