(3)Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-section (1), all statutes and regulations made under the said Act and in force on the appointed date, shall, in so far as they are not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, continue to be in force until they are repealed by the statutes and regulations to be made under this Act.The Schedule[See Sections 1(3), 13 (1) (a), 61 and 63 (1)]
