65. Ladders. All ladders used in replacing belts shall be specially made and reserved for that work and provided with hooks or an effective non-skid device.
Ladder provided with hooks must have hooks fitted in such suitable position that they rest on the shaft when the bottom end of the ladder is resign on the floor.
